Adani had told Ambuja Cements and ACC employees that he plans to double the cement making capacity to 140 million tons from existing 70 million tons by 2027.

The under-construction houses under the Prime Minister Awas Yojana (PMAY) in Wadgaon Khurd areas will be handed over to the beneficiaries by March 2023. Nearly 80% of the project work is complete. The remaining works will be completed soon, and the houses will be allocated to the beneficiaries in around six months.

Hindi film producer Renu Ravi Chopra has bought a premium residential apartment in the Pali Hill area of Mumbai’s Bandra suburb for nearly Rs 48 crore. The deal values the apartment on a carpet-area basis at Rs 1.51 lakh per sq ft, pushing it in the tally of the country’s most expensive transactions for a residential apartment.

Oberoi Realty Ltd reported a 20 per cent increase in its consolidated net profit at Rs 318.62 crore for the quarter ended September. Total income, however, declined to Rs 711.79 crore in the second quarter of this fiscal year from Rs 768.52 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year.

Bollywood filmmaker, director and music composer Vishal Bhardwaj’s family has bought a premium residential apartment in Versova locality of Mumbai’s Andheri suburb for Rs 19.5 crore. The Bhardwaj family has purchased the apartment spread over a built up area of 2,056 sq ft on the 21st floor of residential tower Bay View and have paid stamp duty of Rs 1.17 crore for the registration of the deal.

The Municipal Corporation of Manesar (MCM) imposed Rs 5.5 lakh penalty on two constriction sites for violating the National Green Tribunal (NGT) and the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) guidelines. One of the construction sites is located in Sector 90 while the other is in Sector 99A.

Indiabulls Commercial Credit Ltd. (IBCCL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd. (IBHFL) has acquired four floors of a property at south Delhi’s Anand Lok from Sheela Gehlot, wife of Raj Singh Gehlot, promoter of the Ambience group, for Rs 60 crore. The property is spread across a 780 square yard plot.

In a step to digitise the revenue department’s functioning, Punjab chief minister Bhagwant Mann launched a website to streamline the process to enroll families who have partitioned their property. Mann said citizens can apply on this website with details, including their name, father/husband name, village name, sub-tehsil/tehsil, district, khata and khewat number with simple application.
