RLDA seeks bids for development of nine multi-functional complexes in four states

Rail Land Development Authority, a statutory body engaged in monetising and development of land assets for Railways, has issued request for proposals (RFPs) for the development and leasing of nine multifunctional complexes in West Bengal, Rajasthan, Haryana, and Punjab given on a 45-year lease for the development of multifunctional complexes have a total plot area of approximately 10,009 square metres.

NAREDCO sets up finance committee to help builders in getting fund

Maharashtra government nod for town planning schemes in Uruli Devachi, Phursungi

The state government has approved two town planning (TP) schemes for Uruli Devachi and Phursungi. These are the first TP schemes after a gap of nearly 40 years in Pune. RAJKOT: Around 64 lakh houses have been completed and delivered under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana - Urban (PMAY-U), Union minister Hardeep Singh Puri said. Under the scheme, 1.23 crore houses have been sanctioned.
