Ashiana Housing to invest Rs 92 crore in a senior living project in Bhiwadi

Ashiana Housing will invest approximately Rs 92 crore to develop phase I of its senior living housing project-Ashiana Advik in Sector 39, Bhiwadi. The project will be build over 16.9 acres of land and will offer 910 residential units. It will offer 11 towers and 37 villas and will get developed in phases. It will get ready for possession by 2026.

Odisha: EOW arrests Odyssa Homes' director for Rs 20 crore fraud

The economic offences wing (EOW) of the state Crime Branch arrested Manoj Kumar Panda, director of Odyssa Homes & Commercials Pvt Ltd, from Andhra Pradesh for his alleged involvement in cheating several flat buyers of Rs 20 crore. The Bureau of Immigration had issued a look-out circular (LOC) against Panda, suspecting he may flee the country.

Indore civic body to sell shops built at PMAY sites

After setting up residential units under the government’s affordable housing scheme, Indore Municipal Corporation (IMC) is now planning to sell shops constructed in those units. Andhra Pradesh: Land acquisition for Bhogapuram Airport to be completed soon

HDFC raises lending rate by 50 bps; EMIs to increase
