Puravankara's sales bookings up 43% to record Rs 1,306 crore in Apr-Sep 2022

Bengaluru-based realty firm Puravankara Ltd's sales bookings have risen 43 per cent to a record Rs 1,306 crore during April-September period of this fiscal year on better housing demand. Its sales bookings stood at Rs 910 crore in the year-ago period. Company's sales bookings in volume terms rose 32 per cent to 1.76 million square feet during the first six months of this fiscal, from 1.33 million square feet in the year-ago period.

Andhra Pradesh showcases housing program on national platform

Andhra Pradesh has decided to provide energy efficient housing facilities, including the adoption of ‘Indo-Swiss building technology’, in the nearly 30 lakh housing units on 71,811 acres being constructed across AP. China new home prices fall 1.5% year-on-year in September 2022

China's September new home prices fell for the second straight month as mortgage boycotts, a heightened debt crisis and COVID-19 curbs weighed on homebuyers' sentiment. Goa government floats Rs 11 crore tender for beachside co-working spaces

Kolkata: Online land auction to select builders for knowledge-based theme township

State plans to engage a reputable real estate firm to develop the knowledge-based theme township Samridhhi on 51.7 acres in Kalyani on a lease for 99 years. DLF's net profit increases by 26% in Q2 FY23

DLF has registered a growth of 26.20 per cent in its net consolidated profit during the quarter ended September 30, 2022. Its profit after tax (PAT) stood at Rs 477.20 crore in Q2 FY23 as against Rs 378.12 crore it recorded in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing.
